About Timeshare Counsel LLC
TAKE THE FIRST STEP
Timeshare Problems Are Complex. Getting Answers Shouldn't Be.
Many owners spend years trying to understand their options — navigating resort responses, confusing contract terms, rising fees, and prior attempts that never reached a resolution. The process itself becomes the obstacle.
Timeshare Counsel was built to provide a different kind of experience: structured case review, direct communication, and coordinated support managed by one accountable team from initial evaluation through final resolution.
Timeshare Counsel was founded with a clear purpose: to create a process that owners could actually trust. We had seen what happened when evaluation, documentation, and final recording were handled in separate places by separate parties — communication broke down, timelines stretched, and accountability became impossible to locate.
We believed there was a better way. From the beginning, our goal was to bring every stage of the process under one roof — case review, documentation coordination, titling, and deed recording — managed by a team that remained responsible for the outcome from start to finish.
That meant building in-house titling and deed recording capacity from the ground up, not as an add-on, but as a founding decision. It meant attorney-owned oversight not as a credential, but as a structural commitment to how cases are reviewed and how owners are treated. And it meant building a team where the people who start a case are the people who close it.
We built Timeshare Counsel around a simple conviction: owners dealing with complex timeshare obligations deserve a process that is transparent, coordinated, and fully accountable — at every stage, not just the first conversation.
How We're Structured
Three Founding Decisions. Every Case.
These shaped the company from day one and continue to define how every case is handled. Full detail on each is available on our Services and How It Works pages.
Attorney-Owned Leadership
Co-founder Christopher Scott-Dixon is a licensed California attorney. His background shapes case review standards, communication structure, and the company’s standard of care.
In-House Titling & Deed Recording
Built in-house from the start — not added later. When a case reaches resolution, final documentation moves immediately, on TC’s timeline, with TC’s people.
One Team, Full Arc
The team that evaluates your case is the team that closes it. One organization, one chain of accountability, from intake through final recording.
The Team
The People Behind Your Case
Timeshare Counsel LLC is a timeshare exit organization. We handle the full arc of the exit process — evaluation through documentation, titling, and deed recording — within a single organization, so that responsibility for your case never gets spread across parties who are not fully accountable for the outcome.
Many organizations in this industry separate evaluation from execution. They intake a case, collect a fee, and route everything that follows — documentation, title work, deed recording — to outside vendors. The client ends up coordinating between parties, nobody’s quite sure who’s responsible, and the process stalls.
Timeshare Counsel LLC was built to be a different answer to that problem. The premise was simple: if you own every stage of the process, you can stand fully behind the result. No deflecting to a vendor. No gaps in accountability. A clear, unbroken chain of responsibility from the first conversation to the last.
Timeshare Counsel LLC operates out of St. Petersburg, FL with a focused team built around case quality and direct accountability. The people listed here are the people who review cases, coordinate documentation, and stay responsible for outcomes. When something needs attention, there is always a name behind it.

Titling & Exit Strategy
David
David leads TC’s in-house titling and deed recording operation — the final and most time-sensitive stage of the exit process. When a case reaches resolution, David’s team moves immediately: initiating final documentation, ensuring accuracy across every detail, and closing the case on TC’s timeline. That precision at the finish line is one of the reasons we built the company the way we did.
Intake & Client Operations
Client Services Team
Our intake and operations team in St. Petersburg, FL handles qualification, document coordination, client communication, and ongoing case management. When you contact Timeshare Counsel, you reach the people actually working your case — not a call center or intake queue.
Who We Work With
Is Your Situation Something We Can Help With?
We work with owners across a wide range of situations — rising fees, inherited obligations, active mortgages, prior failed exits, collection concerns, and major life changes. Every case is reviewed individually. Our Do I Qualify page walks through the most common situations in detail, including a cost calculator to help you understand your full ownership exposure before reaching out.
How We Operate
What You Can Expect From Us
Many owners come to us after being told things that turned out not to be true. These are the commitments we make before you decide anything — and hold ourselves to throughout your case.
We Do Not Advise Stopping Payments
Timeshare Counsel does not tell owners to stop making payments. We coordinate through appropriate channels — protecting your standing throughout the process.
Clear Communication at Every Stage
You will always know where your case stands, what is being reviewed, and what comes next. We do not leave cases without a clear status between updates.
If You Don't Qualify, We Tell You
Not every situation qualifies for support. If a case does not meet our criteria, we say so directly — so you can make an informed decision about your next step.
